1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ee99 platform and its users. In these Terms, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the entity operating ee99. "You" or "member" refers to any registered user.

ee99 is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services to users in Bangladesh, including casino games, slots, live dealer games and cricket betting. These Terms apply to the ee99 website, mobile version and all related services.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account or using any service on the platform, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the platform's interpretation shall be considered final, unless a competent court decides otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the ee99 platform:

• You must own a valid bank account or mobile financial service account registered in your own name.
• The information recorded in your account must be accurate and up to date.
• You must use the service of your own free will and in full mental capacity.
• Persons prohibited from gambling or gaming by any court or authority may not use this platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account at ee99, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each person may hold only one account.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

The information you provide at registration must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ee99 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time if required:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (the name must match the bKash, Nagad or Rocket account number)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account by any person, whether authorised or not. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted payment methods for transactions at ee99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and others).

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• The payment account must be registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are completed

4.3 Financial Irregularities

If fraud, chargebacks or money laundering are suspected, ee99 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction or freeze the account. We do not facilitate any financial crime and are committed to cooperating with the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

ee99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with their own terms. The following rules generally apply:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• The specified conditions must be met within the promotion period to receive the bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after wagering is complete are withdrawable
• ee99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found
• ee99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time

6 Game Rules

All games on ee99 are conducted fairly and impartially. The platform's games are operated through trusted software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside the stated limits are not accepted.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or network issue, ee99 will make every effort to resolve the problem. However, ee99 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues. In such situations, the game bet is generally refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi and various other sports. The rules for accepting and settling bets will be stated in each sport's category. A refund policy applies if a match is cancelled or postponed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ee99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (including bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behaviour toward other members
• Granting third-party access to your account without the platform's permission
• Attempting to reclaim funds improperly through chargebacks

For any of the prohibited activities listed above, ee99 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ee99

ee99 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms
• Incomplete or false verification information
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Security risk or need for investigation
• Order from a court or government authority

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through ee99 support. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (subject to the Terms).

9 Limitation of Liability

ee99 is committed to providing the highest standard of service. However, ee99's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or device faults
• Losses resulting from your negligence or use of an insecure password
• Faults caused by third-party software or payment providers
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure situations

In no case shall ee99 be liable for compensation exceeding the amount deposited by the user.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
